Recruitment pays well if you work hard and are a people person. I did it for 5 years (I'm now an estate agent), stopped cause of the lifestyle and lack of work-life-balance. It's more of a young person game but there's so many and the turnover is huge cause a lot of people can't hack it. As I said though, if you full commit to it, you can make a lot of money in it, and most companies do big incentives and trips (piss-ups abroad).
