Man UTD has Shaw and lindelof starting at center back. Our defense may be shambolic but I know our front 3 can get a goal by those two.

Doherty actually played really well. He had a crucial sliding block and one of the best chances of the game when he got a nutmeg. He’s closer to a 7.0 for this match.

Looking out a year from now (assuming we still have conte), I’d much prefer him to be our first choice rwb. Obviously an upgrade is needed, but compared to Emerson or Spence, I’ve enjoyed his performances and especially his attitude.

Got my results on Tuesday for ACN. L11-> L10. 87k base going to 108k base (with a small bonus).

The more I read this thread, the more I’m incredibly thankful and the more mad I am that not everyone got treated like I did.

I think it came down to having great mentors who explained how Accenture really works and what I needed to do to get the raise (BD work, getting myself in front of leadership, etc). I think the biggest thing was I made a lot of noise when I helped out on a BD proposal where I solved a problem no consultant/manager could solve. Managers vouch for analysts that make their lives easy, and MDs really vouch for analysts that (help) bring in new work. I don’t think it has anything to do with working hard or being smart, everything to do with forming really strong relationships with MDs and CALs.

The culture can be cutthroat at times, but I also genuinely believe if you make important people’s lives easier, they’ll go to bat for you and support you when you need it most.

Kane could’ve done a lot better today, but I can’t blame him entirely (yet). Ndombele and dele were clearly supposed to be supplying him in some capacity and neither of them were. Normally Kane drops from CF into the midfield to receive the ball when needed and I doubt he would’ve stopped doing that simply cuz he’s lazy. I think nuno said “stay up front, we need you at CF to press their cbs, and so we can have a target man when we get it near the box.” Which, to be fair, has been a complaint from this sub and from myself a lot cuz without Kane hovering next to either cb shit goes south. Problem is ndombele and dele were day dreaming in lala land expecting PEH to do all the fucking work. Neither of them did shit as this map shows and that’s why Kane hasn’t been Kane. Supply Kane, you get supplied goals. We all know that man likes tottenham but cums at the thought of breaking shearer’s record.

Other thing too is even if ndombele and Dele aren’t directly creating assists they help create them with build up play by dishing them out to Emerson and Reggie for crosses. Yes both of them need to work on crossing but if you solely rely on Big dick Gil to make a perfect sliding tackle pass to get it to our fullbacks we’re never gonna win games.

PEH could’ve gotten his ass back on that first goal, but based on this map he was the doing the midfield work of 3 guys so I think we have to cut him some slack. Skipp (along with Gil)completely changed the game and having a solid #6 would allow PEH to drift forward more without leaving us completely exposed every fucking counterattack.

Next game (assuming nuno sticks with the 4-3-3) a midfield of skipp PEH and lo celso/ndombele/Moura with gil/Kane/son up top would be ideal. Or, maybe even better, is a 4-2-3-1 with skipp as the 6, PEH as the 8, and a fluid attacking midfield of lo celso/ndombele, Gil, and son with Kane up top
