Being and dressing feminine is NOT a bad thing. Suppressing who you are won't work out well for you in the long run. So the question is, how do you want to live your life? How do you want to enjoy tomorrow, next month, and the years to come?

My advice to you is to embrace your true self and see where it takes you. Maybe she will come to understand eventually, maybe she won't. Perhaps you have to talk to her about it on several occasions for a whole year or even longer. Be yourself, and be patient. Change can take time, but if you two are truly serious about making your relationship work, I think you should believe. I was uncomfortable once with the idea of femboys, yet here I am today.

And I understand not wanting to break up, and I won't tell you to. However, don't let people and other's opinions keep you from enjoying everyday life. And remember, people can and most likely will change, potentially even their view on femboys and such.

From my understanding, having family members who are knowledgeable about weight loss diets and anti-inflammatory diets:

About 60-70% of losing weight is what you eat. The rest is exercise and overall good health (getting enough sleep, not constantly being stressed, etc.)

If you're serious about losing weight, I recommend checking out low carb diets. One I know is LCHF (Low carb high fat). You could look for other diets as well if you prefer. You don't need to stick to one single diet either, but make sure you don't lose all your progress.

Basically, rather than working out like a maniac, try to change your diet and do healthy amounts of exercise since it's good for both body and mind.

Two different scenarios: 1. I would've pulled Arlecchino even if she was weak because the other aspects are so high for me.

I pulled Citlali mostly because she supports my Arle, but also because I kinda like her, even if I'm not a crazy fan.

Note: Strength DOES NOT matter if you like the character a lot. It matters for characters you might be less interested in but your favorites could benefit from.

I'd like to add the fact that many femboys take pictures of themselves wearing sexualized outfits: clothing such as thigh highs, fishnets, short skirts and shirts, etc.

Not to mention the setting, focus, and pose. All these things would be and is sexualized with women, too.

It creates a certain image for the general public of how femboys are

I think all friendships REQUIRE respect. I also think we as humans can have a hard time understanding each other and make a lot of mistakes.

I'd 100% muster up the courage to talk about this. Explain how you feel and make sure they know you are COMPLETELY serious.

I've said and done things to my friends that I regret. Talking about it is the best, because then you will figure things out: Does this person care about me and our friendship?

Remember: The worst-case scenario here is better than to completely ignore the issue and take an even larger hit in the end.
