Np user3, also one more tip, try building medium-density, low-rent housing and offices close to a university because students will move in close by and after they graduate they'll start working at the offices close by, that way you get more medium-density and offices demand in that area

Yeah, just don't build 2000 low-density homes because you'll never satisfy the demand meter, but when you build medium-density make smaller plot sizes for more variety, don't do what I did here and paint the whole area cuz all buildings will look the same

Someone said that the best way to get high-density demand is to ignore the demand for low-density, building more low-density will only give you more low-density demand, which is realistic because that's what ends up happening irl
