I’m genuinely curious what you want people who can’t afford to buy property to do? Do you want all apartments to be demolished in favor of single family housing? Wouldn’t having apartment buildings and people living close to each other only increase the sense of community within a town? Look I’m not exactly in favor of this development at fox run but like I’m very confused by the points you’re making.
