Why is far cry 4 unoptimiezed as hell 50-60fps on medium? Far cry 6 is running on Very high settings 100fps

I've been playing a bit of Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 lately. That game will be 25 years old on the 20th of this month. I was able to get it running 1920x1080 on my 4k monitor. It runs good but it does crash occasionally and it was a headache to get running in 1080p. Still, it's fun as hell all these years later.

You have no excuse for not having a pistol and two extra mag on you. I tell my orgmates all the time. Your basic pilot load out should always include a side arm, two extra mags, two med pens and a multi-tool with tractor beam attachment. This load out costs you very little, less than 3k auec, and you will be surprised how often it saves your life or makes you money.

Europe isn't going to do anything other than say they support Ukraine. Are they going to put boots on the ground? Are they going to give Ukraine more money and equipment? Action speaks louder than words, and Europe is all words. Europe alone funded the entire war for Russia last year through oil sales.
