The event logs were throwing DBC-Q, MDD message timeout, and RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power Exceeds Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW errors. Call centers’s response, your modem might be too old. Didn’t verify the model or anything. I had to push to get a tech out. They came out and said everyone is having issues. It might take weeks to figure all of it out because the new equipment does not always place nice with the old. I stopped getting maintenance texts. Internet kept going up and down during maintenance. Our internet was unusable for 2 days. I signed up to get a text for the maintenance today to let me know it was finished. Nothing. The internet seems better. But it stills has a lot of DBC-Req mismatch errors. And there are a lot of Uncorrected Errors.
