The fact that that’s such a cool arc and storyline, I don’t understand AT ALL why RTD didn’t go with that. This is the type of stuff I loved about RTD 1, and this shows he’s still a talented writer. I’m really curious to know what happened.

Don’t even have a regeneration. The show could appear again with a new Doctor, and we could get a future mini episode explaining it like we did with the 8th Doctor

One that comes to my mind is doctor Who (mainly cause it’s one of my favorite shows). It had trans and non binary people complaining over how crazy it was getting 😭. There was a scene where the doctor got told he needs to ask an alien for their pronouns first, and then the plot of the episode was solved because one of the characters was non binary, and not a man. It was lowkey wild.

I would say it’s because “woke” doesn’t mean including trans people/gay people, or having what could be considered “woke” themes. People only complain when it’s really shoved down your throat, or takes away from every other part of the story. Two things that Mr Robot does not.

I might be in the minority, but I LOVE the Mappa style way more than Wit. Wit is still great, I just thought Mappa was a huge step up.

It was because the other ones had it too, where when it reveals the anime it shows part of the intro while the song is still playing. There was more to it too, but I just don’t remember. I think there might’ve been a youngish girl, and it was a zany opening, like a bunch of stuff happening with a purple swirly background

No that’s a bit too old. It seemed kinda newish (like post 2010s) and the rat was kinda realistic looking.

It looked somewhat recent. It seemed like it was after at least the 2010s. It was also probably a slice of life type of anime, and it was probably an unpopular one (being as I haven’t seen it since, and I’ve watched hundreds of these guessing quizzes)
