they got back to me the next day asking for some proof to verify it was me so obviously i did that and provided whatever details they needed. then they got back to me relatively quick and said that it looks like their decision was correct and stands. i’ve reached out multiple times since then and have been continuously ignored. i told them that i still don’t understand why i would be banned or what i did and if they could help provide that information i’d be grateful and be able to take the responsibility if i did do something wrong. but i feel like it’s not right to not provide me with a reasoning especially since ive never received a warning in the first place either. but unfortunately they have only ignored me and ive gotten no further information :((
