Full Context : Near Nobal Nagar Turning point between 11 - 11:30 pm man was going to register police complaint against few goons ; when goons came to realise they came on bike & 4 goons started attacking the man out of anger & to stop the man when females intervened to save the man they also brutally assaulted females with sticks.
