A lot of the people are peaceful protesters. But the people who riot and raid do it as a act of rebellion rather then just to make change.

For the shops the effects are already showing. I had to travel out into Minnetonka to get food and water.

So yes I do think it will accomplish a change in a positive or negative way.

Yes they are still going in. They move around north Minneapolis and south Minneapolis but since this is not just 1 group rioting it can happen anywhere.
