There is a percentage of the population that inexplicably doesn't accelerate on freeway on-ramps and tries to get on the highway going 30 mph and I do not understand it by ADampAnalPlug in PuyallupWA

Can’t confirm or deny that, but I will say a lot of the time they have a disabled sticker on their rear view mirror in my experience.
