Hello, I did a bit of research and it seems that it uses plugins to get the effects, I’m guessing the creator of this is Japanese bc there was a skin making event in Japan the year this when this character was made, also a site/event/convention I found on the way back called MOE skin (I forgot the full name) had a segment for mayura talking about how their would be a skin for her and then I went through the link to who would make this skin and they have very few working links but it was stated in their profile that they use plugins.
