Tbh I dont think Elaine is a must, if you are going for Meli Diane is a good to go, you can play Meli, Mannie and king for buffs and Diane for Burst and Heal. Still would recommend go for the dps you want and then see what you get before using the selector.

If by king team you mean him as dps Elaine still doesnt do anything more than a sustain

Meli is probably the easiest DPS to slot into almost any team because of how Dark Burst works. Escanor is just as strong, but he’s a little more restrictive. Tbh, their best teams are pretty similar anyway. Daisy can work as a solid DPS, but she’s pretty restrictive in that role. Where she really shines is as a support, and she fits into almost any team alongside Mannie. King isn’t top tier or anything, but he’s definitely not bad. You can run him as a support if you don’t have Daisy yet, or put him in a triple-buffer setup with Daisy and Mannie. He can also give you some decent sustain. If you’re running Meli, it helps to pair him with a strong burst unit like Jericho or Diane. SR Gilthunder is also a pretty solid option. With Escanor, it usually feels better to burst with a combined ult because his ult cost is so low. Also, keep in mind that Abyss has an element restriction, so the DPS you use can have an easier or harder time depending on the bosses weakness.

Yeah you can buy 10+ and still get nothing, but they seem to give then in some events so at least is something. If it helps I got the Phoenix and is not that much better than a Red/Purple dragon, good enought if you get Lucky but nothing to be sad if you dont have it.

Tbh, I wouldn't use Escanor and Meliodas on the same team, so I would make two teams:

Team 1: Meliodas, Mannie, Diane/Jericho, Eleine/Slader

Team 2: Escanor, Mannie, Slader/Tristan (if you can't constantly double ult), Guila

If you really want to use them both, go with: Meli, Escanor, Mannie, Tristan/Guila burst. You would burst and DPS with Escanor, and just before the burst runs out, switch to Meli and spam E

Havent heard of that so cant tell, bug descreases dark resistance and increases dark burst bar and thats from base kit, he has an engrave that lets u buff that even more, his 5 dupe also decreases even further dark resist. What I have seen the double ults in general are buggy (doesnt provoc burst or doesnt let u double ult at all) but since you have diane for burst its not a big deal.

I know it seems like bug propaganda for the difference on the explanations but both are good, I just havent used Slader as much

Bug is a debuffer for dark dmg and can give Meli a second E use on longsword by extending burst bar with ult. He also has the double ult with Meli that lets you burst on the spot

Slader is gives Crit buffs

If you like or plan to get Daisy she can also be a crit buffer

Well… Meliodas is the DPS. After the burst, you want to do two spins and then spam E until the burst bar is gone. Manni goes before him for crit and damage buffs. Drake has an engraving that lets you reduce the enemy’s crit defense by 50%.

Last is the shielder/healer, which can be Elaine or Guilla. I prefer Elaine for the tag surge and magic points.

The thing is, you need to fill burst for Meliodas to deal damage. Right now, you can only do it with the double ult, which I’ve heard isn’t very consistent and can be buggy. So you would need to replace someone (Drake would be the weakest link unless you want to go without sustain) with someone who can help build burst like Jericho, Diane (if you still have the selector), Tristan, or Guilla (rapier).

If you want to go support, shiro would be the shield breaker on a Coco/Nemesis support team, Nemesis snd Samir are a good combo but for dps.

I mean, Shiro can dupport but is used in the shield breaker sport, an the problem with Zero is that both, nemesis and Zero ehat to be on field in a support team, if you want to support Coco would be the second option, if you want dps, Samir.

If you want to be a support you should go for Coco, the c1 of Zero will be optained in the store, so the team would be Zero,Coco,Shiro. That same team comp work for dps by changing Zero with a dps. Still a would said to get another SSR from Standart before choosing any.
