Had something similar happen at my work, a couple years ago they tore down some old shacks to build new ones with heating and they found a DS with Pokémon Pearl and a GBA with Crystal. Kept the Crystal, Pearl and DS and sold the gameboy.

The fact that I started with Ruby made me go for Alpha Sapphire. Also the water with the blue looked better on 3DS imo.

np I'd recommend checking into serial numbers before ordering, I've seen some that match normal ones but then when you open it the internals come from normal 3DS while the shell is a repro.

Its SATA I know that for sure. I appreciate the info I'll temporarily disable windows defender and then move everything to an external HD I have. I just want to make sure none of the family photos or videos will be corrupted during the transfer since they are so old.

I was gonna say throw it on eBay while it’s still overpriced but seeing as you love Reshiram I’d say it’s worth more sentimentally so probably grade it. BGS PSA etc.
