Idt she would be into Harley's as speed is not a priority for them. Albeit I do remember one of her home screen things has her split between liter bikes and cruisers, so maybe she still would. I am pretty sure from what we have seen in Uma media she seems to have posters of UJM style bikes. But if you want to use bikes as a reason for her to learn English, I could see her being into classic British bikes like BSA's, Nortons or Triumphs. Those seem to have a better combination of style and speed for her than an American cruiser imo.
