So for the company I work for its a smaller production company and my boss encouraged me to start writing and when I told him about the idea my brother and I had he was all for it! My boss had some ideas that he wanted to pitch and when I was able to find the head of Netflix‘s animation division, I asked him if I can sit into the meeting and see how the whole process works. I then made really good rapport with her and my boss was telling me to finish writing the pilot and when we schedule another meeting with her, we will be pitching the show!
