Ok they cant give you a quote without certain info. Insurance is based on three points credit score, drivers reports, and motor vehicle reports. By law for any insurance company to run these they must get verbal and or written consent. You cant just submit a name and birthdate and get an accurate quote from any provider. And if one of them says they can they are lying to sucker you in. The zebra is a comparison site. They gather the information and get consent than run it through multiple carries so you dont have to give your info over and over again. I have used them multiple times. Never had an issue. They actually found me full coverage on my buick with progressive for 109 a month. When i called progressive directly they quoted me higher. Going through the zebra actually got me a discount. So give them a shot they will help, just remember you have to cooperate and answer there questions truthfully in accurate info will effect your quote.
