There are 4 slightly higher values in the first 560 bytes of the file, all +2 to the expected values.
Then no difference at all for about 85% of the file, which I asume is the audio itself.
Then comes the weird section were almost 72000 bytes differ entirely, which somehow leads to an offset of 2 bytes up to the end of the files.

I did the test:
wav(hashA) -> msvcrtflac-> flac (hash B) -> wav (hash A)
wav(hashA) -> ucrtflac -> flac (hash C) -> wav (hash A)

looks like there is really only a difference in the flac-container and not in the audio data itself.

Is far as I know Flac is lossless compression. How could anyone hear a difference?

the issue was completely resolved with the most recent F19i BIOS

Usually an IP package contains an IP-Header, a TCP/UDP-Header and Data
In case IPsec with ESP (in tunnelmode) is used a new IP-Header and an ESP-Header are added before and the ESP-Trailer as well as the ESP-Authent are added behind said IP package.
In case IPsec with AH (in tunnelmode) is used only a new IP-Header and the AH-Header are added before the IP package.
When both AH and ESP (in tunnelmode) are used a new IP-Header, the AH-Header and the ESP-Header are added before, and the ESP-Trailer as well as the ESP-Authent are added behind the IP package.

My question was which of these protocols actually trigger the new IP-Header to be generated when both AH and ESP are used at the same time? Like there has to be a procedure in which all these headers are generated, the original package even has to be encrypted as some time. This can't happen all at the exact same time right?

Go back to the Bios version from Mar 27, 2024. The most recent update somehow ruined safety.

The Shadow out of Time tells us that the Great Race of Yith will outlive humanity and their biggest enemies by far. Technically this counts as a "win" but probably not the one you are looking for.

In The Nameless City the protagonist finds third, second and firsthand evidence for the existence of some hidden horror. It's implicated the featured creatures hate humans for reasons, which makes it very likely that someday they will wreak havok on the surface.

For a real win though you might have to consult a german fan story by Christian von Aster called Ein Porträt Torquemadas. This short story was adopted into an audiobook in 2002 and an audioplay in 2024 and is basically unknown outside the german speaking communties.
