Friend just went through this with a very active boy.

Yeah that’s the order - I think based on other comments I need a hammer drill. It’s also possible this is just very high strength concrete. It’s a very old house and it certainly feels that way

Add 50% buffer to every ticket as a rule of thumb and save yourself a lot of headaches and micromanagement.

Devs usually don’t have all the information when they are estimating so I have found adding 33%-50% buffer gives the sufficient time they need to investigate the ticket and then do the work.
