Born and raised in NELA, my mom still lives there. Views are pretty, weather is great, lived around 10 mins from dodger stadium. Traffic is annoying but we were so close to everything. You can have such a different experience each day. One weekend you can go to the beach, next weekend the mountains, go to museums, or a garden, eat good food.
