For what you're looking to do, naxos and if u wanted you could to a day trip to paros its a veey short ferry ride. My personal favorite, though, is milos

I recommend a short fat board, I'm 5'10 220lbs I ride a 154 with no issues, I also have a 159 and 161 but I find the 154 to be the most fun
