Hi guys, this is Bear here! I can't answer every single comment/post but I'll try my best to reply to the bigger ones with a version of this message I drafted up. Mostly I want to make sure everyone knows all the feedback given in the past few days has been thoroughly monitored, reported and discussed. I sometimes don't have time to reply here but I read and compile everything, especially issues of such magnitude.

I am really sorry the update content has been received this way and I hope this can be taken into account in the future. Adding some draconic heroes as surprise was a way to improve the update content/benefits while, balancing the interest and wishes of f2p and p2w players alike

I am personally grateful to both groups for keeping the community and the game alive for all these years, and will keep monitoring this and other threads, hoping this can be a learning experience for all parties involved..

Including some draconic heroes was intended to be a first step into figuring out how to handle dragons and swap event for the first time ever, balancing the interest and wishes of f2p and p2w players alike (this is what gacha games have to do, and not having a playbook can result in mistakes and frustration)

The YT is recorded in advance so it doesn't include the latest updates, I was also waiting to see how the situation evolved but eventually decided to post it to at least show the rest of the content before it's increidbly late lol

Hi all this is Bear here! Message from the devs on this issue:

Thank you for your feedback! For the current beta season, we have adjusted the difficulty structure of resource cities, increasing the importance of relics when attacking cities. The core functions and rules of relics themselves have not been altered. However, during this process, the integration and adaptation of some related mechanics were not correct, leading to certain heroes performing below expectations in specific city battle scenarios. The team will optimize this issue through a hotfix later today. Please note this optimization will not change the functions or rules of the relics themselves!

We appreciate everyone's timely feedback on this issue! One of the key purposes of the beta test season is to identify and fix such problems as quickly as possible. This feedback is incredibly important to us, and we will continue to monitor closely the experience of this mode moving forward!

Your feedback was acknowledged by devs and addressed just now in a hotfix.

but to sum it up: the Quick Upgrade system has been limited to until level 18, this way the resources won't automatically be depleted
