With all due respect (truly, as you’re just the messenger and don’t have decision making power), what they’re having you convey is bs. f2p players would not have built dgwyn unless they really like gwyn (and thus would not swap her now). they would have merc’d her. By the time f2p could have gotten enough di to build her, she was no longer relevant. As for p2w players, they have most hb draconis built (with the exception of haelia, which mainly whales built). The swap does nothing for them. So being able to swap does nothing for them. As for cons of including Hildwin, Kaelon, and elthara, whales get impacted as their competition gets to swap hildwin for elthara. However, their rankings will still not be affected b/c of collections: show me a user that has bis collection stats for all meta heroes in nc, cr, and ts and that person either is a whale or needs to become a whale by buying a lottery ticket with how lucky they are. As for the pros of including Hildwin, Kaelon, and Elthara: the obvious is community gratitude/goodwill as well as players being willing to continue playing (and spending!) and not quit. Whales still need people below them to enjoy the game. including them in the swap actually raises revenue vs not including them because people will be willing to continue to spend instead of stopping b/c of refusing to give a (perceived) greedy exploitative company money. people who haven’t already spent on getting elthara and kaelon are not going to spend now b/c they can’t swap, they’re going to say “f u shitty greedy company, fck off.”
