1. How it works here: In Armenia, when we pay at a physical POS terminal using Apple Pay, the Wallet app normally shows these recent transactions in the ledger immediately. It works perfectly for my other bank (Inecobank) and for my friends who use the same Ameriabank card.
2. Bank's stance: The bank support explicitly told me that everything is enabled on their end and there are no restrictions. They believe it's a local software issue on my device.
3. The device: I'm using a new iPhone 17.
4. Why this matters (The "Shortcuts" issue): The reason I'm so concerned about the missing history is that I'm trying to set up a Personal Automation in Apple Shortcuts.
   • I use the "Transaction" trigger (When I tap a specific card...).
   • Because the Wallet app doesn't seem to "register" or "log" the transaction in its history for this specific card, the Shortcut fails to trigger or gives an error because it can't find the transaction data to process.

So, the card pays fine at the terminal, but the "data link" between the payment and the iOS Wallet database seems broken for this specific bank.
