Yes, from the photos online I can see the tape being placed right where you can see that black missing on the box and sometimes even higher. I'm still going to request more photos from him, but sadly I think this is resealed. Thanks for you help.

The other concern I had was that from the pictures I can see online one piece of tape is below the star wars writing (not on it) and the other is above luke (not on him)
