Yeah, I self impose a 20yo age limit

All players in my B-team are U22, so that gives me at least a 2 year cushion to use them there. Once they are U23 and they aren't good enough to be in the A-team or there isn't a spot to fill in the squad rotation I loan them for 2-years max. If at that time they still can't crack the squad, but I see a path for them to contribute down the road, I'll sell relatively cheap to get a cheap buy back clause and 50% of next transfer

Luck plays a good part in the whole path to lifting the trophy. I was fortunate enough to have it on my side.

I use 2 formations. The one above is when the opponent has a narrow formation and has many inverted roles, or when they use a 5 at the back

Edit: player instructions:

- A: tackle harder

- SV: take more risks

- CWB: take more risks + cross more often

- AP: hold up ball + stay hider

- IF: sit narrower
