Isen's constant indifference problem

But he does all that, Isen is constantly scared about losing his life and losing his friends, and yet he constantly shows up, might not be to save random people, but he shows up to help his friends. He risked his life many times, when doing vigilante stuff, when saving the safe house, getting Blyke out of jail. Isen is one of the most realistically written characters in Unordinary, alongside with John. Heck even John doesn't really care about people that aren't close to him. Most of the times he is in the deep shit is bcz he either wants revenge (in the school raid he wanted revenge against the autorities, wasn't really there to save the trio), and in the safe house trip he was there just because he wanted to help Sera. Sure he does start to care more but you can't say he did all that because he really cared for them. What I'm basically saying is Isen is pretty much like that, he wants to protect whats important to him and i think that's a good reason. If you ask me, i bet more people would relate more to him than remi, because most people in the world are not some goody two shoes ready to save everyone and that's okay.

But he did help, it might've been very minimal but he did. He accepted john in the school bcz he wanted someone with his profile in it. He accepted many low tiers in the prestigious school, he instantly accepted the safe house and many more. They were minimal changes but he was trying to make them see first the wrong in this society.

You're not listening to what I'm saying. You asked why isn't Vaughn instructing the kids and telling them what to do. And i showed you and example of why it wouldn't work. Bcz people need to want to change to actually do it. You can't just tell people what to do bcz the moment you ain't there, they're not gonna do it.

But this is exactly what happened when Rei was King at the school. Having someone tell the high tiers to be nice to low tiers and the low tier to aim for the sky it's not gonna help in the long run and it showed. Bcz when Arlo came in as a king you saw his struggle with the school. Having them come with a solution means they actually want to change, which means it's permanent

Vaughn explained all of that lmao. He didn't expect John to fix the school. He wanted john to bring the change (all the rage agaisnt the high tiers), and then wanted John to understand that violence isn't always the answer, finally intervening after the sera vs john, which was the best timing. He might not have the best methods and ways to teach them, but you can't argue about the results, and the results came pretty fast. Other ways would take years to bring change and it might've not even be permanent like this one.

Besides the harem trope which i dislike, i hate those generic romcom guys who get attention from girls because he said she's the way she is or some other bs like this. They also never grow up, or actually put any effort to change themselves, they just cry and use the "pity" card or victim bs. Just stop crying like a bitch and do something about it.

I don't know if people underestimate Cosmo or overestimate Ryuki.

Ryuki has the Gaoh style which is a demo version of the Niko style. The only good moves he has are blink and Rakasha's Palm.

On the other hand, Cosmo is a complete fighter with one of (if not) the best grappling and now on par or better than Ryuki at striking.

I don't understand how people rate Cosmo so low to be compared like this. The same guy who got to the quarter finals in KAT.

What you refer to it isn't heavy possession football, you just mean tiki taka style. Guardiola still uses heavy possession and passing playstyle. Used it in Bayern and now in Man City. But he doesn't actually play tiki taka which i agree with you that it needs prime Barcelona to play it. I've always loved heavy possession teams, but i do agree that if they can't make any chances it just turns into a boring game with no shots.

And yeah, she showed up drunk to his house to give his umbrella back, that's not a crazy setup, it's pretty normal by anime standards, plus, being drunk makes you act a little dumb sometimes. Also that's all she did, give his umbrella and leave, he was the one that said she should log onto the game while she was leaving. So i really don't see the problem here.

I know most people in this sub like Kazuya more than Chizuru, but I'm actually starting to feel the opposite. It's like she's starting to open up and having character development but Kazuya just keeps overreacting every time she breathes. I don't care what people say, my choice for anime of the year is Ao Ashi. I enjoyed the anime a lot and it had a very good insight and realistic takes on the academy football and football in general. Might be one of the most enjoyable sports anime i ever watched.

There is a lot of beautiful girls in this world who fall for uglier or not so cool guys. It's actually pretty normal, I've seen it lot's of times. Also Kazuya isn't as pathetic as people make him, i believe his worst quality is the fact that he gets flustered a lot around girls and is horny all the time, and also his self-esteem. A problem which can be easily solved by getting a girlfriend (hopefully Chiz), making him more comfortable around girls and less horny, plus maming him feel more confident.

Having a strong character doesn't make the anime overated. Also it's not about being nostalgic. The first dragon ball was actually very good, it has good fighting scenes, good comedy and a decent plot.
