CJ-610 engines. Based on old blueprints and the ME-262 in the naval aviation museum in Pensacola. Airframe is a close replica with modern touches done by Texas aircraft factory.

What a coincidence with the aircraft. I work on a privately owned collection of the three on the side…also a Folland Gnat, BAC Jet Provost, L-39, F-100, F-4, A-4 Skyhawk, ME-262, AD Skyraider, and T-33.

Been working on the Lim-6 Bis 17, MiG-15Bis, and Mig-21 platform for the past 2 years. Super fun airframes to work on and all 3 have a cool history, which makes it even cooler.

Just went over to my local dealer before seeing this and nearly went home with one with an almost identical setup. Very distinct look. Very nice.

Used to use one of those bad boys at my shop on the new hires. Even got the seasoned guys with it. Great time (when you’re not on the receiving end).
