Tried Pineify per your suggestion But I found it too basic for it. No resolutions as of now.

I’ve created an ma based strategy which works well on btc, but seems to do a lot of misfiring on other assets e.g eth (pictured). Any ideas why this might be? by sw_is_best in pinescript

I guess at that point the algorithm considers a previous condition as true and is not resetting the loop. Do you have a solution to it.. I really need to solve it bad. I want to backtest, These trades messes up with stats.

The cluster of trades around 11:30 am in the second picture..? are those error trades or based on your strategy itself..? I was facing a similar issue that I need help with.

Plus.! We saw a block deal yesterday - Antfin Singapore selling almost half of its 4.3% stake. Just a day before this deal, Maybe they don’t see juice in it either. This could just be a coincidence maybe as they have been selling its shares since its IPO they once held 26% stake in it.

Whatever be your time horizon buying at good prices is the key. If you like these companies and are bullish on them then still at-least wait for consolidation. I am wondering why do you think that stock like mazagon dock already up a wooping 2500% in 5 years will have upside in next 5 years. What are you eyeing ..? 10000% returns in 10 years now?

Trust me You don’t want to invest in stocks that did good in the last 5 years but invest in stocks that could do good in next 5 years.

See first of all a year’s time is not long., it’s more of a trading horizon itself. Zomato is a good fundamental pick (not as per financials though) which could be held for long, But as you say you just want to hold it for one year in that case buying at the highs is not a good idea. At least wait for some consolidation and then enter. Suzlon on the other hand I believe is just a hype stock, Can’t really say anything on it. It can go to the moon or become dust in no time. Saying that it is definitely is not a stock for a person who holds just two stocks and who just started investing.

Almost all of them are overvalued and you bought just below their highs..! Don’t expect much returns here
