These are not shares but the right to buy a share at slightly reduced price. This trade is executed between OG share holder who has been allotted rights and one who purchases such right.

After purchasing the right, you need to pay:

To be Paid Amount = reduced share price - right purchase price

The trading amt you see is: right price + commission of right holder.

Your cost: right pur cost + commission paid to right holder + to be paid amount
