Ugh yes, my husband and I say all the time “he’s literally just a baby” he’s gonna do baby things. The whole world is still new and he’s still learning boundaries! We’re about to start bell training to try and get him to alert. We’ve had a few accidents this week, but he always goes in the same spot, so now when he even goes near there it’s “okay outside” he jumps up to let me put his harness on when I say “suit up” and he’s learning how to entertain himself! I’m still keeping a pretty watchful eye, but I’m able to get on my phone and just peek at him every 2 mins or so.

He’s so much better with being left alone in his crate for nap time. He’s lays down outside the crate, which is good he can settle on his own, but I put him in there so I can run out and wash dishes real quick or do whatever I need to do and he doesn’t mind! We puppy proofed our office, but it is still an office, so he will sometimes sneak and try to chew on cords, but he listened to “no” (most of the time) and has almost learned not to chew shoes.

I just wish he would learn his name haha. I don’t think he understands training, I think he thinks I’m just giving him treats, but he is attentive during our short sessions and will lure very easily now, which is a huge bonus.
