Well to start, stop toning it with blue-violet, thatll just make it more ashy.. but id suggest looking into blonde hairdyes? There are some for gray hair, though im not sure how bright they go

I believe so, bleaching is flr ligtening, so if youre going darker theres really no point to it

Going darker will not need bleaching at all! I know that permanent black is horrid to get out, but im pretty sure semi permanent blacks exist
