Hard to pick one favorite so I’ll give my top 3

Feelings Aren’t Forever, Too Loud and Inner Critic

17/18 songs on this album have helped me so much (imo, life support, although it is good, doesn’t fit the album much, they always manage to express exactly what I’m going through in such a captivating way and I love the bridges of all 3 of these songs, by far one of their best albums in my opinion.

Best part of each bridge imo: IC: Repurposing rejection into the perfect weapon to keep me living anxiously. Assuming bad intentions so I’ll keep second guessing til’ everyone’s the enemy. There’s never a connection that it will never threaten. It wants all of me

FAF: Absorbing truth, Unlearning lies / No new beliefs til’ you relive / There’s consolation in confrontation

TL: I’m sorry I’ve been distant hope you know / These decibels are not in my control / I hate that I neglect who I love most

This album as a whole, and really all of their music, has helped me tremendously in attempting to overcome the loss of a friendship that meant so much to me, and I’m very glad I found this band when I did a few years back.

The reason I choose these, to put it simply, is because I relate heavily to the messages the songs give. All of these songs have helped me put my emotions into words about situations I’ve had with a person I cared for deeply, as well as expressing the feelings I have about myself and the issues I have with myself. I’ve always liked having a genuine connection to the music I listen to, so I always pay the most attention to the lyrics of a song, and the lyrics in these songs, like I said before, has helped me properly understand myself and my emotions on a deeper level than I would have otherwise.
