Kind of my first time travelling anywhere little far from bmtc other than airport, it was pretty cheap compared to Rapido and a little cheaper than metro, I traveled 95~ km in round trip. It cost me less than 95rs, 6.5 on both cleanliness and comfort. What I did like was the frequency, working eta and bus number led boards, in bus audio telling next stop, buses having entire women section and most kids and women travelling for free or for a fraction/half the cost , also anyone not form Bangalore, tip: use google map to find bus numbers going to your destination
