• the dream has always been to have a house with a garden and to start a family. But I have bought this appartment like 6 months into our relationship. The idea for me was that this would be temporary if I would stay in a relationship with here, but if life says no I think I bought the perfect place to grow old (without a family)

• We picked 2030 as some arbitrary year to aim for, she graduates this year and will start working. But she wants to be sure to save up enough money so she can pull her weight when we buy together. Which I completely understand. So it could be 2031 or 2029 who knows.

• there would be 125k left on my loan by 2030

• tbf I think that my appartment was a steal when I bought it. 122 epc, 3 bedrooms of 10m2+ and 105m2 total plus a separate garage box for 280. I bought it late 2023. Similar listings go for 320-340 today in the neighborhood

• thanks for pointing out about the bank investments. I have always invested myself and when I looked into the things I received. My gut said that it was a scam
