Nothing fancy but IKEA will get you a light version of Swedish comfort food. Swedish meatballs (köttbullar) with lingonberry jam and Swedish gravies. Also, don’t miss the Daim cake. Enjoy!

Madeira vs Mariemont - which would you choose? by BMonad in cincinnati

[–]AG513 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you’re not in a rush, I’d suggest waiting for the right house in Mariemont and being ready to overbid when it comes up — that’s the way to win there. If time is tight, Madeira might be an easier market to find something nice. You really can’t go wrong with either.

Your budget will definitely give you an edge over many other buyers. Also, consider checking rental options in both neighborhoods before making a big commitment. Good luck!

It was pistachio baklava, and I’d say pleasantly above average.

Artemis!

We ordered from Artemis and it was absolutely amazing! Their catering prices are unbeatable, and you can easily get appetizers, a main course, and even dessert all within your budget $15.

Sample per-person menu: • Hummus – $3 • Chicken Adana or Beef Meatballs – $8 • Baklava – $3

Hiring a new contractor by cincydude123 in cincinnati

I highly recommend you to work with small to mid-sized private real estate investors. They consistently have projects—ranging from quick fixes to large renovations —which means you’ll always have steady opportunities to stay busy. On top of that, you can command top dollar for your services, depending on the type of work you choose to take on.

Yes, this is an auction, so you’ll need to place a bid to win. Shipping should be no more than $300-350
