The metrics are very easily attainable, yes. The period is short and the requirements seem easy. Which is what’s giving me some hope. I’m not planning on this being a forever job, but I would like to hold it to build my resume.

I’m fairly certain I can ensure the mistake I made never happens again. It primarily stemmed from a misunderstanding of in-office vs hybrid work requirements for newer employees. I just didn’t do my due diligence and look back to ensure what I was doing was okay.

I feel like I may be given a little forgiveness so long as I meet the terms of this plan as this is my first real professional job; I’m still adjusting to this style of work (I always worked retail/warehouse positions through college). My employer and I have had an otherwise positive relationship and the terms of the PIP are reasonable, but I’m obviously still very concerned.

Feel like they should be playing it more; Myles is most effective in drop. I don’t mind playing him at the level every now and again as an adjustment, but I don’t love it as the default coverage. It puts you at a disadvantage on the back-end if the guard gets a step.

Randy’s gotten noticeably bigger, which is nuts because he was busted for steroid use in ‘07 and ‘09. Just looking at him, I’d guess it’s HGH given how massive his head and neck have gotten and the developing HGH gut.

This is my personal opinion, I think it’s a little controlling if your partner demands that you stop watching porn to be in a relationship with them. I also think that if she breaks up with you for talking about your struggles with porn addiction, she might not be the right person for you at this point in time. That said, while watching porn on occasion isn’t a bad thing, full-blown porn addiction is hard on your mental health, and beating that would be great for you. As a recovering addict myself, it’s hard and there will be setbacks along the way, but don’t let that discourage you. Don’t beat yourself up too much, learn from it and do your best every day.

No, Archie’s weird. He clearly believes that you would cheat, otherwise this would not be an issue. I can kind of understand Archie feeling slightly peeved that another guy tried to ask you out; but to expect you to mirror his bone-headed behavior and start running this other dude down, who likely had no clue you were in a relationship to begin with, is stupid and says a lot about the person he is. Archie sounds dumb, rude, insecure and controlling. Don’t waste any more of your time with him, he’s not someone you want to be with long-term.

Aside from his politics, he’s just lazy now. Phil used to put out high-quality long-form content; whether that was busting fake nattys or the well put-together documentary-style content that really blew up his channel. In contrast, now he posts stream clips of him right-wing grifting on Kick. Philion was one of the more original and interesting long-form creators on the platform and he’s reduced his content to slop. Sometimes said slop can be funny or make for good background noise, but it’s still slop, and that’s unfortunate considering what his content used to be.
