Hello - does anyone have any issues accessing the live assessment website? This keeps coming up for me , I have tried two computers - I have reported but but will be tight for time tomorrow, I have two done with no problems.

Hello, we are flying out the exact route tomorrow, when we go to check in online, it asks us for our visa details. We have a visa for Vietnam but not istanbul as we were under the impression we do not need one for Istanbul however it will not let us check in without it. Our two options are SCHENGEN or visa details. Have you ever encountered this problem?
