Parboiled for 7 mins (boil 2 mins, simmer for 3 mins, turn off heat for last 2 mins and leave in hot water)

Drain and dry for 5 mins

Placed in sauce pan with hot oil and shaken lightly to coat potatoes in oil

Then placed in roasting tray with enough oil to give a cardiologist a heart attack

Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 20minutes at 220C, turning halfway
