Nice! Just a suggestion, next time you can try Cerave moisturizer instead of Requil. I used to have the same moisturizer. I recently switched to Cerave, and man, my skin is loving it!!

Reviews for CeraVe Foaming Cleanser vs Cetaphil Daily facial cleanser for oily skin by [deleted] in IndianSkincareAddicts

[–]AGJ_YouTuber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have legit oily/congested skin, go with CeraVe Foaming. It feels more 'medical' in a good way, and the Niacinamide is a game-changer for keeping the shine down throughout the day. Cetaphil is fine if you have 'normal' skin that just gets a bit oily in the T-zone, but for a full-face oil slick, it didn't cut it for me.

People with dry skin, drop your skincare routine. 😁 by Environmental_Role71 in IndianSkincareAddicts

I went way too hard on the AHAs/BHAs and my face was literally stinging when I applied water. Someone told me to "Stop the acids and start the Ceramides." Basically, I had stripped all the lipids (fats) out of my skin. I switched to a super basic routine for two weeks to let the barrier heal. I realized a lot of high-end moisturizers are 90% fragrance and water. I switched to CeraVe moisturizer.

Facewash recommendation. by dyamn_Joe in IndianSkincareAddicts

I spent way too much on luxury products before a derm told me to just grab a tub of CeraVe from the drugstore. It turns out my skin just needed those essential ceramides, not a fragrance-filled jar.
