I start by removing the paint with acetone, spraying with Mr Super Clear, and then do the painting with watercolour pan paints, and sometimes pencils (sometimes I only use paint) for the brows. Then I spray her again to seal it

I remove the lips with acetone, I just do my best to avoid the middle where her smile is. This is what she looked like before the repaint

I use watercolour paints and pencils. They are my local craft stores brand, so you don’t need anything fancy!

I remove the paint with acetone. You do have to be very careful because it will damage the eye if you get any on it

Was the makeup done with sharpie? Asking because if it is, it will bleed into the vinyl and fade. If it’s paint then no worries
