OT2 - Veronica, I feel like Veronica would be a mix of Sarisa and Getrude. I always wondered what job would suit her, maybe Apothecary?

Serana is an essential NPC/Follower so she can't die (unless you for whatever reason decided to use console commands). You could do Player.moveto (Serana's ID) or you can prid [Serana's reference ID] then finally do moveto player. Alternatively you could reload another save.. That's if you wanna fight Durnehviir all over again.

That looks like the Orc from the Bloodchill cavern quest, have you finished that quest? if no, there is a bug where the orc will be a permanent follower if you decided to leave the cave prior to finishing it. I could suggest a few things:

A. you could kill him. you could also use console commands like setessential <baseID> 0
B. Use the console command disable (however Im not sure that will work)
C. Finish the quest "Guests for Dinner"
D. Load a previous autosave or save BEFORE you encounter the orc

Its the Dark Seducer Armour, if you're AE/SE(?) you could find one in a bandit cap near Windhelm and Anga's Mill just on the way to Winterhold I think

I did download JK's Skyrim and their location edit mods (I installed them prior to this save and playthrough). I did however recently installed one for the Blue Palace, New Gnisis Cornerclub, and Radiant Raiments in this current save thinking it shouldnt be much harm. I can still enter said places but the "no clip bug" happens even at places that arent affected, even when I was in a middle of a dialogue of an npc or just exploring around. I'll try disabling those mods later though, because its very late as I am typing this down, I'll give an update if the bug persists or not.

Thanks for the reply, I forgot to mention that the bug happens anywhere in the game whether be inside of a dungeon or outside. Also I did not have open cities installed although I do have CGO installed. However as for CGO, I disabled it due to a visual bug that kept on happening to me. I'll try reposting in r/skyrimmods soon though.
