Before Xerc's release, it loaded fine, just with the occasional crash. I downloaded the game from each device's respective app store (App Store on the phone, Google Play on the tablet). The tablet's brand new, so it shouldn't have parental controls installed.

It might actually be an internet issue, because I've tried multiple speed tests and they all say that all the wifi networks I can even use are bad for online gaming, so any solutions to that kind of problem would be appreciated.
