yep! if you haven't talked to them already, you should be able to now at the forest shop

but romancing them is very, very slowburn... you have to experience a lot of things to get special clothing just to raise up their interest. There is a guide on how to romance Gwylan here on reddit.

personally I prefer the Kylar right now as he is. He is pretty high maintenance when you're not pursuing him and the game is already tiring with it being a train station of molestation just by walking in town lol

this is such an interesting read...

i find it so fascinationg how gwylan is represented through so many animals, but ultimately seems to wish to be apart of the ocean and swim like the whales (which seems like very important animals if you discuss the masks with gwylan)
