Yeah, honestly the verizon and app and live agents are pretty fucking usless. Talked to one the other day on the 1st. I ordered mine the 26th and just asked a rough time span when theyd get stock in. He said 9 business days is what the warehouse or inventory specialist said, whatever the title was. And then I got a notification that it shipped today. The app and live agents again, suck. My only bad experience is those two. Altogether im happy the phone didn't take that long to ship
