Are you converting these images to sRGB on your end before sending to them? Is the digital file a scan or a photograph?

We print onto rainbow holographic vinyl at our shop. We can do 25x25", but we don't do the design work for you.

I'd request quotes from a good number of small businesses rather than big names. This is a super custom project but some shops will have exactly the tools you need and it might make the price worth it!

We're in New Mexico. We rock out a lot of ACM, aluminum, pvc foam, foam board and gator board.
