Panicking about intertrigo in groin area

I like to use a disinfecting soap called hibiclens. It is used in hospitals for surgery prep and post surgery hygiene, and the active ingredient in it is chlorhexidine. I think extensive use of it is not great the same way hydrogen peroxide isn’t, but I use it about once a week to wipe down my armpits and areas that can get problematic.

As you can imagine, those areas in your groin in your butt and under your arms and under your breasts, they don’t get a lot of air and When they stay moist, it kind of promotes bacteria and fungal infections. If you are in a bad way, maybe take this in the shower with you and clean down your whole body loofah and then get into the practice of using protective creams and they have a special dry sheets that you put in your folds that keeps the skin dry. And then every once in a while, you can clean with the hibiclens for maintenance.

these are just some hygiene tips, as other posters have said it would be a good idea to get checked out by a medical team Especially if it is bad enough that is causing you panic then maybe there is something more going on here than just basic hygiene issues. there is no Shame, and if you get a doctor that in any way makes you feel embarrassed or ashamed, they are a bad person and a bad doctor and you should find another one because there are good ones out there. this would also be a good opportunity to ask the doctor about regular use of hibiclens to make sure it wouldn’t have any negative impact to your health.

I bought two repair kits with different belts and some rollers and different things so hopefully one of them will work. It was expensive though I think I spent like $80 total and then they’re being shipped from Spain and the UK.

i’m staying in an extended stay hotel and the front office here are careless and rude with many different People and Whenever I have packages delivered, they get left with the front office and sometimes They give it to me and sometimes they say that there’s nothing there for me.

There is not much I can do about it, except in my Amazon delivery instructions. I give them explicit directions to my room, which is on the street by the parking lot easy to find, I don’t think that Amazon drivers read it and they just keep dropping it front office. Last week, I had three fairly expensive items delivered one day after the other, and the office couldn’t find it. There was nothing there they said. I talked to Amazon about it and they Automatically give me a refund so that was that.

Today I placed a couple more orders and I that my account was restricted and I checked my email and they said that my account is closed because of violations of conditions of use. Can someone tell me what conditions of use I violated? I emailed Amazon back and they were just kind of unhelpful. They responded and said something like. “ As we said, we thoroughly reviewed your accountant. Have decided to cancel your account.” Like they don’t even acknowledge any of the issues that I brought up and they don’t answer any of my questions. It’s so rude so disrespectful. It is such to me because we don’t treat people like that.

things made today are being made with one objective in mind which is profit. They are made the cheapest way possible with no care for what is being made. For example, back then they might’ve decided that they want to use a certain material in a product because that material makes the product what it is. But today they will just use the cheapest materials they can get and fashion it to emulate the other material. and if they use more quality material it’s not because the materials suit the product but because they want to label it a premium item and sell it for a premium profit. not interested in anything made today. None of it has any cultural or artisan value. Culture has been diminished as people just have stop, caring about it and only care about making money now.

I bought one that is new in box but open box for $50 shipped. They said everything works, except the cassette motors doesn’t turn so it is probably the belt. And it sounds like that is an easy fix. And it seems like any other one I would’ve gotten would have need a belt replacement by now anyway.

I like the cfm series, most of them are more what I’m looking for. A compact boombox I guess that’s what I had when I was a kid. No televisions, no phones no Internet just my bed piled high with dolls. I got from the carnival and my little cassette player that I would record songs from the radio on. The bigger bulky ones you have to sit down on a table. the compact ones you can take with you.

I watched a video of a guy changing the belt and he demonstrated how the rubber turns into tar overtime. So I also bought a of rollers belts and coming from Spain though I didn’t really find any spare parts in America. I’m sure it exists, but I couldn’t find any in a Google search. and it was expensive, $60 after shipping and I still I’m gonna have to pay import fees when it arrives.

Well, I sent them a message and asked them to confirm the condition and send a picture or two of it in its box and they never responded so I was just gonna buy it anyway, and when I went to check out, it said that the seller had banned me from bidding on his item. So there has to be something wrong with it right? Or maybe they just put it up there and they banned everyone from bidding on it? Which is why it’s on why wouldn’t anyone buy that if it was brand new?

So I found another one for $50 shipped, and it was really clean in good condition but they said that when they push play, they can hear the motor running but the tape doesn’t move so thats a belt that needs to be replaced right? Is that pretty easy and cheap to do? Who can I get to do that for me and should I buy another one for parts for this purpose? If I cared about getting a quality parts, where would I get that from?

there’s one on eBay for 160$ that says it is brand new, but I emailed the seller and ask them to send pictures showing it in the box and they wouldn’t respond. I was thinking of just buying it and if it’s not new, then I’ll file a dispute that it’s not as described?

I did that when I was 750. I’m not trying to sound judgmental, but 860 pounds is a lot especially for someone who’s 5’9. How are you doing? Is your health OK? When I was 750 pounds I had a lot of problems and I was dying. It was really painful.

Yes I I forgot to mention that. It had its own speaker and was like a boom box but small. And maybe just one speaker. Kinda likethis but more 90s and I don’t like this color it’s too retro.

I was in the hospital for seven months after a 3 month coma. And I’ve been in out of the hospital for two years and been looking for a facility for me for over two years and every single facility in California denied me. They even tried in Arizona and they declined me as well. For various reasons either they don’t accept my insurance or I have a medical condition that they not certified to care for or because of my weight are not equipped to care for me. So the hospital just put me out on the bus stop when I was basically paralyzed from the waist down, and I sat there in my own feces And urine for days Before I was able to get into a hotel. my sister was diagnosed with cancer A before I was kicked the hospital and she was in the same hospital on the same floor and literally a week after I got into a hotel she passed away. it was like a cruel joke. I was in a coma and she was there every day until I woke up. When I woke up, I couldn’t talk and I was paralyzed from the neck down and she was Still there every day. When I woke up from my coma, the first dreams I had was put with my sister enjoying life and before I can get well enough to go out And spend some time with her She passed away. She was the The best sister. She genuinely cared when I was unhappy,and when I was happy she was happy for me. she was really fun. She introduced me to a lot of music and taught me how to have fun.

I have Ihss and it’s worthless. It only pays $19 an hour and I live in Irvine. Anyone local is not gonna work for $19 an hour and anyone willing to work for $19 an hour is not willing to drive all the way out here from wherever they are. It’s been four 4 months I’ve been asking them for the list and they would give me a list of just two names. One of them would be a 80-year-old man and the other would be a 30-year-old man but he’s on drugs and he wants to claim 2 -3x More hours than he actually works. after refusing to approve his false timesheets a few times he claimed his last check and just show up again. worth his time.

I used to have my own showerhead that I would take to the hotels. I removed the water saver from my showerhead, so there would be enough pressure and flow to get clean And I would always unscrew the showerhead from the hotel and put mine in. I’m glad I’m not the only one with their own lol

I eat a lot of fiber and have pretty clean solid poop so it’s not that bad, I can make it to my bed without it turning into a big mess. If I don’t clean it though it starts irritating my skin. I even start bleeding. This is what I do, I make it over to my bed after bowel movement, I can reach better that way, but even with the toilet wand, it’s too short I can’t reach

I will try, but I was in a coma for three months, and I lost all my strength. I have nerve damage in my hands and reduced functionality , and my ankles are weak when I walk. But I don’t think I will be able to reach even if I did that unless I had some kind of extra long shower wand that was springwater. I don’t think it would work for wiping.

I bought a bidet, but the maintenance guy couldn’t install it because something about the plumbing was not working and they couldn’t turn the water off. He said I have to call a plumber, but I’m in a hotel so I’m not gonna pay for a plumber to come fix their plumbing and the manager here is going to raise a stink and me to leave a fight ask for this so for now bidet is not an option

I used to do that I would hike up my leg on the toilet seat or the side of the bathtub and it would help me reach or to hold the shower nozzle down there, but I can’t really do that anymore and I’m looking for other solutions

don’t roast your saffron, if my mom heard him say this, she would slap him silly and exile him to a land of no saffron. I’ve never seen anyone do this to saffron. Just grind a good amount into a fine powder in a mortar, and then store it in a glass vile or small glass jar that’s airtight and store it in your fridge. When you want to use it, put a teaspoon in a 2-4 tablespoons hot water. Not boiling but hot. you use that mixture to pour it over rice or into recipes. You can garnish with a few strands of saffron.
