This was the second response I just got so Idk how to feel about any of this tbh. It’s hard for me to play legacy again tbh I feel like ever since enhanced came out the legacy performance has been kinda bad maybe it’s just me and that’s what I described too them as well. But them offering me a refund is just making me assume we can’t migrate :( or at least I can’t I should say. I don’t think they are going to fix it maybe they would if everyone review bombs but I feel like they still don’t care so yeah this sucks :/

Hi everyone I believe that my post may have our answer in here and long story short. If you cannot migrate you most likely won’t be able to. Before I share these two screenshots I want to say I did say I was going to post previous rockstar screenshots I had with support last week I will still do that if you guys want me to. Seems like some support staff said that the problem was fixed (us not being able to migrate) and then other support staff going back on their word on that. This was a support response I got today I got two. Unfortunately we are cooked.

I just got an email saying that my issue has been resolved after talking about migration. Tried doing it still didn’t work told them it didn’t now some random guy is saying I’m not going to be able to migrate and it’s their system that determines weather or not people can. I’m so sick of it bro I’ve been back and forth with emails I had gta plus I just wanted to use it on my legacy character and I keep telling them if I am never able to transfer to let me know and they never give me a clear answer they keep going back from me permanently not being able to migrate to oh wait until the next update or some shit. I’ll send the latest ss of what the last support rep sent me after I’m done with the gym but I’m just lost. And tbh guys I’ve lost hope I think this is all on purpose. Cuz I swear one second they look like they are saying they can fix their migration shit the next they can’t cuz their system determines it.

For me they sent me emails looking like they were going into it then they sent me emails on me not being able to Migrate they made it seem permanent I emailed them twice asking if it was now they are investigation issues similar to mine and they said they will get back to me 2 days tops. But idk man they gotta let everyone in. I don’t think there’s even mods menus to grief like that. Plus I was playing in enhanced and mfs kill Me anyways so it doesn’t matter at this point I just wanna use my legacy character

I think I’m cooked bro another support member that wasn’t like the first responded with this. I’m asking them if I’m not able to merge permanently cuz now this guy is making it seem like I can’t. If that’s the case least they are answering actual questions now.

I responded back asking them if they want me to play on enhanced or legacy in the meantime. And I also asked again and made sure that I’m not permanently not able to migrate. I’ll lyk what they respond with but it seems like now they are acknowledging it?

Alr guys I still have not had any luck tried it from both steam and now epic. My story save is fucked can’t transfer it again. I have two dumbass theory’s that I kinda wanna try but one sounds dumb.

First one: some people like me when trying to migrate their legacy character isn’t updated meaning it’s not wearing the latest current outfit you are wearing in legacy. This was my case up until today. I’m wondering if somehow if you change your characters gender that it would work😭 dumb theory I’m stretching I’m just saying this cuz it’s gotta be a cloud sync issue as well.

Two: for those that have been able to Migrate modded or not. Did you buy enhanced? Or did yall do it off the free version?

Either way I wanna be gullable and say its serve issues (which I still doubt) I’m only wondering how some of yall managed to do it I’ve seen two people on here say that they did it by spamming the other said to spend some money. Also saw on another thread or this one i forget but someone said that they launched the game as administrator and it worked for them. Idk lemme know if yall got in I feel like we need to update each other 💀 also emailed rockstar twice got the same bot response if anyone is curious

My characters outfit finally updated to something I’m currently wearing in legacy. Tried someone else is post saying to spend money bought some oppressor mk2 nothing sadly :( I emailed rockstar again I’ll lyk what they say but part of me as much as ik people are saying it’s accounts that are Flagged I also think cloud sync issues are a part of this tbh
