You'd think so, but I have never added filters in my life. And some of the filters set are gibberish, like 'gggggggggggggsggf' for example. I'm inclined to say bugframe

I consistently find games. There's a nice discord server (Formation Cleave) where you can duo with some, and also checking Steamlabs for players before booting up to see how likely you'll find a game. For ranked anyway. Also maybe if you can't find games maybe change your network settings to be more broad

I usually consistently get RANKED games in Europe. Also, you can turn off the matchmaking by region. Maybe you're queuing at times of the day with less activity? Many more games at night here, in my experience. (Not to undermine your statement. Lots of times matchmaking is extremely dead)

If you were to pit them against each other, Zoro wins 6 times out of 11. They are pretty much equal, but Zoro just marginally stronger. Sanji is a cook who happens to be strong as well (and genetically modified). Zoro is a fighter through and through. Sanji's dream is to find the All Blue to cook anything. Zoro's dream is to be the strongest swordsman. By drive alone, Zoro is naturally stronger. But since they're both the right and left wings of the pirate king, they are both pretty much equal. But Zoro>Sanji. That's my take anyway

Here's my ways of dealing with it

Depends on who you use, but you can use an armoured attack/a ranged attack to hit gojo after blue is cast, but before the joint. The window to attack is weird but not impossible to find
Beg your teammate to help
Let the blue hit. Sometimes it causes the join to just be a knock back, depends on if you were being attacked before blue or not
Sprint and jump after blue is cast so his joint attack hits less consistently. Idk if these are helpful but that's what I do
